Missouri Babe Ruth State Commissioner Rich Gross presented Boonville Cal Ripken President Mike Watts with the Lefty Gomez Volunteer of the Year Award during the Cal Ripken 8-year-old Machine Pitch Regional Tournament Thursday during opening ceremonies at the COCOBA Ball Field at Harley Park.
