Flames fully engulf the house of Hubert and Connie Hale of Prairie Home Monday morning. Cooper County Fire Protection District Chief Dave Gehm said the house was considered a total loss. Nobody was in the house at the time of the fire, however, four dogs were succumb by smoke. SUBMITTED PHOTO
