Tint Shop hung right with Central Realty for four innings Friday night in Cal Ripken Major at Harley park.
While trailing the entire six innings, Tint Shop kept the game close against Central Realty while trailing at one point by a score of 12-11 after four.  However in the fifth inning, Central Realty outscored Tint shop 4-2 and never looked back for a 16-13 victory.
In the nightcap, CARSTAR rallied from a five-run deficit after 3 1/2 by exploding for six runs in the bottom half of the fourth to win 7-6 over QuinlanAgency.com.
Central Realty, improving to 5-5 on the season, led Tint Shop 6-2 after one 8-5 after two and 12-7 after three. However in the bottom half of the fourth, Tint Shop rallied back with four runs to cut the lead to one at 12-11. Central Realty answered back with four runs in its half of the fifth to go up 16-11 only to have Tint Shop plate two more in the bottom half of the inning.
Beau Walker picked up the win on the mound for Central Realty while Dylan Kosky took the loss for Tint Shop, who dropped to 6-3. Walker pitched 3 2/3 innings and struck out six batters while giving up eight runs on nine hits and one walk. Kosky, meanwhile, pitched one inning and allowed eight runs on seven hits and two walks while striking out two batters.
Each team had 15 hits in the ballgame. Central Realty was led by Jaeshua Barber with one single, two triples and three RBIs. D’Avion Jones also had three hits and one RBI while Cash Leonard added a single, double and two RBIs, Alex Schupp and Grayson Esser each with two singles and two RBIs, Clayton Schuster with two singles and one RBI, Beau Walker with one single and one RBI and Quinten Knipp with one RBI.
For Tint Shop, Dakota Troost went 3-for-3 with a single, two home runs and four RBIs. Cooper Pfeiffer and Gage Hodges each had two singles, one double and one RBI while Noah Remlinger added one single and one double, Seth Thomas with one single and two RBIs, Bradford Norbury with one single and one RBI, Dylan Kosky and Tyler Wassman each with one single and Kaleb Arnold with one RBI.
In the nightcap, QuinlanAgency.com led CARSTAR 4-0 after one and 6-0 after 2 1/2 but then surrendered one run in the bottom half of the third and six again in the fourth to suffer the loss.
Payton Oeth picked up the win for CARSTAR while Evan Bishop recorded the save. Shawn Beach-Reasons took the loss for QuinlanAgency.com, who dropped to 3-6 overall. Oeth pitched 4 2/3 innings and struck out five batters while giving up six runs on six hits while walking five. Bishop then came in and pitched 1/3 inning and struck out one batter.
For QA.com, Reasons pitched 1/3 inning in relief and surrendered two runs on one hit and two walks. Lucas Schuster started the game and pitched the first-three innings. Logan Conz then came in and pitched 2/3 inning in relief before giving way to Reasons.
Evan Bishop had one triple and three RBIs in the game for CARSTAR, who improved to 7-3. Kaleb Friebe finished the game with one single and one RBI while Payton Oeth added one single and Nathan Bean with one RBI.
For QA.com, Lucas Schuster went 2-for-3 with a single, double and one RBI. Shawn Beach-Reasons had one double and two RBIs while Lance Haynes and Drew Rhorer added one double and one RBI each and Logan Conz with one single.
