The Bunceton Lady Dragons volleyball team fell in two straight sets Tuesday night at home against the Otterville Lady Eagles, losing by the scores of 19-25 and 17-25.
Bunceton coach Casandra Goyer said the girls had a hard time finding their rhythm. “Our serves were off and we had a hard time passing,” Goyer said. “We’ll have practice and address some things that we had an issue with. It is my hope that we can be ready to go in our next match against Hallsville.”
Reagan Triebsch led the Lady Dragons with eight service points. Cara Bishop finished with two aces, two kills and one block while Autumn Bishop added three blocks and one kill, Reagan Triebsch with two aces, Madelynn Myers with two blocks and Taylyn Heilman with one ace.
In the match Monday against La Monte, Bunceton fell in two straight sets by the scores of 21-25 and 22-25.
Goyer said the girls were anxious for the game. “We have discussed things that we have some difficulty with and I think that we are ready to battle in our next match,” Goyer said.
Cara Bishop led the Lady Dragons with nine service points with five aces and one kill while Reagan Triebsch had eight service points with three serving aces and four kills, Autumn Bishop and Madelynn Myers each with one kill and Taylyn Heilman with one serving ace.
