The LSE boys and girls track teams nabbed a total of six first-place finishes while competing in the Eldon Relays on Tuesday.
The LSE boys seventh grade track team also had the highest finish for Boonville by placing third. The LSE boys and girls eighth grade track teams both finished fourth overall while the girls seventh grade track team took sixth.
In the final-team standings for the seventh grade boys, Eldon captured first with 97 points while Hallsville finished second with 71 1/2 points and Boonville third with 68 points. Meanwhile, in the girls eighth grade division, Eldon took first with 138 points while Fatima finished second with 67, Versailles third with 57 and Boonville fourth with 47.
In the boys eighth grade division, Buffalo nabbed first place with 93 1/2 points. Eldon finished second with 79 points, followed by Cole Camp with 78 and Boonville fourth with 66.
Eldon also won the title in the girls seventh grade division with 160 points. Southern Boone County finished second with 88, followed by Fulton with 78, Buffalo 57, Warsaw 40 and Boonville  sixth with 34.
As for the first place finishes, Treveon Coleman captured first in both the long jump with a leap of 18’-9” and 200-meter dash in 25.5 seconds in the seventh grade division. Coleman also ran a leg in the 4 x 200-meter relay along with DJ Wesolak, Travis Dell and DaWan Lomax, which captured first in 1:47.
In the eighth grade division, Jodie Bass was the lone first place finisher for the Lady Pirates in the high jump at 4’-8”. Nathaniel Krebs finished first in the 400-meter dash in 57.6 seconds while Charlie Bronakowski placed first in the high jump at 5’-4”.

Third place finishers were: (8th) girls 4 x 200-West, Cook, Bass, Eichelberger, 2:04; boys 4 x 200-Krebs, Tyson Franklin, Hunter Pethan, Kameron Desmond, :50.38; Krebs, long jump, 16’-8”; Bronakowski, triple jump, 33’-2”; boys 4 x 400-Krebs, Pethan, Hayden Alley, Darius Jones, 4:13; (7th) girls 4 x 200-Lexi Maddex, Ella Kearns, Addison Brownfield, Maddie Henderson, 2:10; girls 4 x 100-Maddex, Brownfield, Henderson, Chloe Ward, :59.36; Travis Dell, shot put, 29’-4”.
Fourth place finishers were: (8th) Makiya West, shot put, 31’-0”; Pethan, 100-meter dash, :12.5; Brant Whitaker, triple jump, 31’-6”; (7th) Lexi Maddex, 100-meter hurdles, :20.07.
Fifth place finishers were: (8th) Cook, shot put, 31’-0”; (7th) Brownfield, long jump 12’-2”; Lomax, 100-meter dash, :13.4.
Sixth place finishers were: (8th) Bronakowski, 100-meter dash, 12:62; Alley, 400-meter dash, 1:00; (7th) Mackenzie Trost, triple jump, 23’-4”; Emma West, discus, 51’-11”.
Seventh place finishers were (7th) Emma West, shot put, 25’-11”.
Eighth place finishers were (8th) Julianne Bromagen, triple jump, 23’-10”; (7th) girls 4 x 400-meter relay-Kylee Johnston, Maddy Bench, Rayghan Skoufos, Hope Mesik, 5:53.
