The Bunceton Lady Dragons volleyball team fell in two straight sets Thursday night against Calvary Lutheran in Bunceton by the scores of 25-5 and 25-4.
Bunceton coach Casandra Goyer said the girls played pretty well and had some really good volleys going, but just couldn’t come up with the point. “I feel that the girls were a little nervous and that it just got the best of them,” Goyer said. “We communicated well and our serves were really good, but again we just couldn’t capitalize.”
Rachel Lenz and Lauren Wieland each had one kill in the match while Skyler Shuffield and Jenna Kahle finished with one dig each.
