Sandra Kaye Laughlin, age 82, of Camdenton, Missouri, passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023, at Windsor Estates Nursing Home in Camdenton, Missouri.
Sandra was born on August 6, 1940, in Quincy, Illinois. She was the daughter of Macauley Feld and Priscilla Ruth Feld (Meyer).
On November 12, 1958, Sandra was united in marriage to Jerol Lee Laughlin in Palmyra, Missouri. They shared over 64 years of marriage together at the time of her passing.
While Jerol was in school, Sandra supported the family by working as a legal secretary. Afterwards, she worked as a school secretary at Warrensburg where she earned a BS in Ed and taught for one year and assisted part time. Sandra spent her life working as a homemaker and taking care of her family.
She was a devoted member of Hope Lutheran Chapel and prided herself in being a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She had many hobbies and enjoyed painting, crafting, crocheting, and piecing together puzzles. Sandra was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Jerol Lee Laughlin of the home; two sons, Jeffrey Lee Laughlin and Matthew Henry Laughlin of Camdenton, Missouri; her daughter, Pamela Kaye Laughlin of Columbia, Missouri; her brother, Macaulay Feld (Courtney) of Ellisville, Missouri; six grandchildren: Joshua Laughlin (Amanda), Steven Laughlin (Julie), Keven Teat (Melissa), Jacob Laughlin, Michael Laughlin, Cathrine Laughlin; six great-grandchildren, two greatgreat grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents Macauley and Priscilla Ruth Feld, and her sister, Judith Feld-Frazier.
A visitation will be held for Sandra on Thursday, March 16, 2023, from 1:30pm to 3:00pm at Hope Lutheran Chapel in Osage Beach, Missouri. Services will follow the visitation at 3:00pm. Graveside services follow at Laughlin Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Osage Beach Senior Center Inc.
