An 18-year-old Washington state resident sustained only minor injuries in a rollover crash after his sedan was struck by a dump truck Wednesday on Highway 63 in Randolph County.

Eldred Sim, 84, of Hallsville reportedly attempted to change northbound lanes in a 2007 Volvo Dump Truck at 2:11 p.m. Wednesday on Highway 63, about a mile east of Renick. The truck struck the passenger side of a 2008 Mazda 3 driven by Adam Louder of Everett, Washington, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The Mazda overturned in the median and came to a rest on its wheels. Louder was wearing a seat belt and sustained minor injuries. Fred Behr, 87, of Festus was riding in the dump truck without a seat belt and sustained moderate injuries. Behr and Louder were taken to University of Missouri Hospital by Randolph County ambulance.
