Billie Jean Nichols, 65, of Wooldridige was arrested on a Cooper County warrant charging her with possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or a synthetic cannabinoid and possessing a weapon while also possessing a felony controlled substance.

Nichols bond on this case was set at $10,000 cash only. Nichols could not post bond and remained in the Cooper County jail.

Autumn Elaine Williams, 21, of Wooldridge was arrested on a Cooper County warrant charging her with two counts of being an accessory to delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or a synthetic cannabinoid. Williams bond was set at $10,000 cash only. Williams could not post bond and remained in the county jail.

Franklin Eugene Evans, 52, Wooldridge was arrested on a Cooper County warrant charging him with two counts of being an accessory to the delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or a synthetic cannabinoid and keeping or maintaining a public nuisance. Evans bond was set at $10,000 cash only. Evans could not post bond and remained in the Cooper County jail.

Boonville Police Department

John W. Freese, 41, of Boonville was arrested and transported to the Cooper County jail where he was charged with stealing a motor vehicle and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety. He remained in custody.

Kaitlyn R. Sanders, 19, of Boonville was arrested and transported to the Cooper County Detention Center where she was charged with stealing a motor vehicle and hindering prosecution. Bond was set at $13,500 cash or surety. She remained in custody.

Warrant arrests

Tarris Poindexter, 33, of Boonville was arrested on two Cooper County warrants, the first of which was for failure to obey a judge’s order: unlawful use of a weapon, and the second of which was for failure to obey a judge’s order: burglary, property damage, trespassing and domestic assault. Poindexter was transported to the county jail and was not issued bond.

Zachary R. Lampson, 18, of Boonville was arrested and transported to the Cooper County jail where he was served an outstanding Cooper County warrant charging him with probation violation on an original charge of exhibiting a deadly weapon. Bond was denied. He remained in custody.
