The New Franklin girls' basketball team finished second in the 96th annual New Franklin Basketball Tournament on Saturday after losing to top-seeded Westran in the championship game 47-30. The Lady Bulldogs, 10-2 on the season, beat both Pilot Grove and Community to reach the championship against Westran.
