Boonville sophomore Effie Morris leads the field in the 100-meter hurdles Tuesday during the CMU Invitational in Fayette. Morris finished first in the hurdles in a personal record time of 15.43 seconds. Morris also took second in the 200-meter dash and fourth in both the javelin and triple jump for the Lady Pirates. The Boonville girls track team finished fourth out of eight teams in the meet.
