Boonville junior Effie Morris leads the field in the finals of the 300-meter hurdles Saturday at the state track meet at Adkins Stadium in Jefferson City. Morris finished first in both the 100 and 300-meter hurdles in times of 14.58 seconds and 44.30 seconds, respectively.
