Cutline:Recognized for organizing the Lone Elm Turtle Races for 20 years with a resolution from the State of Missouri were Janet Toellner Widner, Laverne Toellner McKee, Alice Toellner Simmons, and Julie Toellner Napier. Standing with the Toellner sisters is Dusty Rhodes who started the turtle race 47 years ago along with Art and Bun Siedenburg.
