Deborah “Debbie” Marie(Kempf) Bruce, 68, of Cape Girardeau formerly of Boonville, passed away unexpectedly while visiting family Friday, November 25, 2022. A celebration of life for Deborah will be held at a later

date.

Deborah Marie Bruce was born September 28, 1954 the daughter of Kenneth and Doris (Lorenz)Kempf. Debbie married David Bruce July 5, 1984 in Boonville. Debbie enjoyed attending church at St. Mary’s Cathedral. She also loved spending time with her parents, siblings, children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Debbie always looked forward to Sunday morning breakfast with David at Golden Corral. Her main priority was to help people, she would go above and beyond to ensure everyone was taken care of. Her fun, loving, caring personality will be forever missed. Debbie was preceded in death by her brother in law John Ernst. She is survived by her parents Kenneth and Doris Kempf of Boonville, husband David Bruce, Son Tyler (Paige) Bruce, daughter Christa (Jeff) Wilmsmeyer, brother Bobbie Joe (Marsha) Kempf, sister Donna Ernst, brother in law Keith Spackler and sister in law Deborah Spackler.
