On Monday March 3, Deputy Adam Chenault was presented with a Life Saving Award regarding an incident from 2/13/2025 where he risked his own life and safety to save a possible suicidal female from an icy and snowy ledge near the Missouri River Bridge on I-70. Deputy Chenault followed the female to the ledge and was able to communicate with her, ultimately getting her off the ledge and to safety.
