The Cooper County EMA received a grant for a new Outdoor Warning Siren for the City of Otterville. The new siren will replace an older, unreliable siren. It will provide coverage for Otterville and the surrounding area. Special thanks to COMO Electric for providing the utility pole for the siren. The Cooer County EMA continues to strive to earn Cooper County Residents of severe weather and other emergencies impacting our communities.
