Zeller tosses no-hit shutout in 11-0 win over Madison

The Pilot Grove Tigers baseball team knew Thursday night’s game against the Madison Panthers was big if they wanted to remain undefeated in the Central Activities Conference. Although the Tigers have yet to play New Franklin, Cairo and Sturgeon-three of the tougher teams in the CAC-head coach Joe Vossler said he expected that a lot of strikes would be important in this game.

Boonville rallies to beat Battle 7-6 in 8 innings, falls to Warrensburg 7-3

The Boonville Pirates baseball team will know about perseverance after playing five games in five days this week. After winning 17-8 on the road Tuesday night against Osage, the Pirates will play four games in a course of four days (two on Wednesday) in the West Central Missouri Baseball Tournament hosted by Smith-Cotton and Warrensburg High School.
