Citizen’s Community Bank made it official Monday night on the final night in Cal Ripken Minor by capturing the league title with a 11-3 win over Einspahr Construction. CCB, 12-0 on the season, outscored Einspahr Construction in every inning and led 5-2 after one and 7-2 after two before holding a 4-1 advantage in the final inning.
