Pirates land 5 players in TCC Team, 9 on Media All-District Team

Boonville Pirates football coach Greg Hough said football brought the team together between the white lines during the 2022 season. While the Pirates had their season come to an end last Saturday in a Class 3 quarterfinal game against Reeds Springs, losing 21-0, Boonville still managed to finish the season at 8-5 overall and 4-3 in the Tri-County Conference.

Pulliam signs softball letter of intent with Lincoln University

Boonville senior Abby Pulliam said she chose Lincoln University in Jefferson City for two reasons last week while signing a softball letter of intent in the high school commons in front of family and friends. While playing the last four years on the Boonville Lady Pirates softball team, mostly as a pitcher, Pulliam said she wanted to go to Lincoln University because of their education program as well as the coaching staff.

Hazel signs baseball letter of intent with William Woods University

Boonville senior Caidyn Hazel has endured more in a short period of time than any player for the Pirates baseball team when it comes to adversity. After biding his time, the first-two years as a player on the junior varsity team, Hazel finally got his shot to show what he was really made of his junior year as a starter under head coach Greg Hough.
