A-Bow-K pulled off the upset in Midget League action Tuesday night at the Midget League Field by beating WK Auto 7-2.A-Bow-K, improving to 4-7 on the season, trailed WK Auto 2-0 after the first before rallying back with four in the second, one again in the third and two in the fourth for the victory.Asten Derrick picked up the win in relief for A-Bow-K while Codey Bishop took the loss for WK Auto.

Tint Shop wins big over Alliant Bank in Minor

Tint Shop left little doubt against Alliant Bank Tuesday night in Cal Ripken Minor at the Boonville High School Baseball Field.While Alliant Bank was hoping for the upset, Tint Shop had a different idea while leading Alliant Bank from start to finish for a convincing 23-0 victory in three innings.In other games on Tuesday, Axis Seed improved to 9-2 on the season with a 7-4 win over Auto Body Experts while Citizen’s Community Bank upended Caterpillar Boonville 11-5.Tint Shop, 9-4 on the season, opened the game with 14 runs in the first inning and then sent three runs across in the second and six again in the third to win by the run-rule.Blaine Samer picked up the win on the mound for Tint Shop while Mason Rapp took the loss for Alliant Bank, who dropped to 1-11 on the season.
