
Lady Panthers will have some growing pains to start the season
After five years of co-oping with the Bunceton Lady Dragons, the Prairie Home Lady Panthers basketball team will have their own team for the 2024-25 season.
After five years of co-oping with the Bunceton Lady Dragons, the Prairie Home Lady Panthers basketball team will have their own team for the 2024-25 season.
Bunceton girls’ basketball coach Keener Tippin said he can best describe the outlook for the Lady Dragons from the words of Aaron Rodgers as a “beautiful mystery.”With eight players suited out for the 2024-25 season, two of which are returning starters, Tippin said right now he knows that he will get solid play from juniors Addison Ray and Daisie Huth and will go as far as those two take the Lady Dragons.
Bunceton boys’ basketball coach Russ Mudd knows the challenges ahead for the Dragons in 2024-25.With only five players suited out for the upcoming season, Mudd said the season will be a learning experience night in and night out for the Dragons.
