Members of the Boonville Kiwanis Club and their guests gathered at the Isle of Capri in Boonville on Wednesday evening, September 17 to celebrate the 100th Birthday of the Boonville Kiwanis Club.
Boonville, MO – The Boonville R-I School District proudly announces that Boonville High School Activities Director Chris Shikles will retire at the end of the 2025-26 school year. After years of dedicated service, Mr. Shikles is looking forward to this next chapter while also assisting in the hiring process and supporting a smooth transition for the next Activities Director. The district is grateful for his leadership and excited to work together to ensure Pirate Athletics remains strong well into the future.

The Boonville Lady Pirates volleyball team had the perfect bounce back game after dropping their first game of the season Monday night against the Battle Spartans.
The Back to the Farm Reunion, sponsored by the Missouri River Valley Steam Engine Association, runs this weekend through Sunday.
