
Boonville FFA Members Compete in Area & District Fall Speaking
Three members of the Boonville FFA Chapter competed in Missouri FFA Fall Speaking during November. Fall speaking competitions are sponsored by Missouri Agricultural Commodity groups. Students participating in fall speaking were required to research and develop a six to eight minute prepared speech, present that speech, and then answer up to five minutes of questions following their presentation. Payton Luscombe competed in the Sheep Producers Speaking competition and earned first place at area competition and advanced to district competition. At districts she earned alternate to the state competition. Huston Force competed in the Missouri Cattle Industry speaking competition and earned a gold rating at area. Lilli Hendrix competed in the Missouri Association of Soil and Water Conservation Districts and also earned a gold rating at area.
