As winter storm moves across US, ice becomes bigger concern

Eds: UPDATES: Updates with DFW airport accommodations of stranded travelers, a 16-vehicle CHICAGO (AP) — About 350,000 homes and businesses lost power across the U.S. on Thursday as freezing rain and snow weighed down tree limbs and encrusted power lines, part of a winter storm that caused a deadly tornado in Alabama, dumped more than a foot of snow in parts of the Midwest and brought rare measurable snowfall and hundreds of power outages to parts of Texas.

Counties ask Missouri Supreme Court to strike down law restricting local CAFO rules

17 BTEC DECA members attend District 2 Career Development Conference

17 BTEC DECA members attended District 2 Career Development Conference in Columbia, MO on January 25th, 2022. Students came home with 3 First Place Medals, 5 Second Place Medals, and 4 Third Place Medals. We have 12 students who have qualified for State DECA in March and 1 student has qualified as a Leadership Delegate and will move onto State and Internationals in Atlanta, GA in April.
