CHICKEN PARMESAN CASSEROLE

Ingredients: 1 small rotisserie chicken (pulled into small pieces) 1/2 lb pasta (about 3 cups dry) 1 (24oz) jar marinara or spaghetti sauce 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup grated parmesan 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs 2 tbsp melted butter 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp garlic powder Instuctions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a medium size baking dish Cook and drain the pasta according to package directions. Place the drained pasta back into the pot and mix with the marinara sauce, chicken, HALF of the mozzarella, HALF of the parmesan, and 1-2 tsp of Italian seasoning.

Boonville Police, Fire Departments will take back unwanted prescription drugs on April 30

On Saturday, April 30th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. the Boonville Police and Fire Departments and the Drug Enforcement Administration will give the public its 22nd opportunity in 10 years to prevent pill abuse and theft by ridding their homes of potentially dangerous expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs.

Leaving Young Wildlife Alone Best Course of Action

Arkansas offers one of the greatest fishing spots for children in the country. It’s called Dry Run Creek. This gorgeous little stream is full of giant trout. It’s located next to the Norfork National Fish Hatchery a few miles east of Mountain Home. It fishes for less than a mile from the hatchery outflow to its confluence with the Norfork River just below the dam. Only youths under 16 and mobility impaired anglers may fish Dry Run Creek.
