On June 1, Cooper County Deputies were dispatched to the Missouri River Bridge Construction site off of I-70 reference to a theft that had occurred. Stolen from the site was approximately $80,000 worth of tools and equipment.
Johnathan C. Todd, 33 of Boonville, was arrested on Thursday, July 28 by Cooper County Deputies on a Cooper County warrant.
