The 100 Man Luncheons or breakfasts have been a tradition allowing children to connect with positive male role models while enjoying lunch or breakfast along with an educational activity.

Boonslick Regional Library’s Outreach Services, BRLMobile2GO, provides outreach to Pettis, Benton and Cooper counties to residents who are not able to visit a library location, including senior centers, day cares, schools, community centers and remote areas. BRL2GO provides free Wi-Fi access to rural communities, brings books to community centers, schools and rural areas, delivers books on a schedule each month, brings specifically requested titles or a new collection at each visit, and provides all Outreach Services free of charge. Interior renovations are nearly complete and the public will have an early glimpse of the Library’s new home on the Historic Kemper Campus on Saturday, June 28, from 11 am to 3 pm during the Heritage Days community celebration. With the building’s perimeter lined with chain link fence since early September while the major renovation work was being completed, many residents have questions about access to the building and nearby parking.
The 2025 Cooper County Fair Queen as well as Prince and Princess contests are open for registration.
