Friday October 31 – Trunk or Treat, 4 – 6:30 p.m., Eagles Lodge

Despite the rain, the Boonslick Senior Center and Matt Buerky served up another successful fundraiser on Sunday, October 26, at 520 Ryan Street in Boonville. For $15, guests feasted on ½ a grilled chicken, hash brown potato casserole, baked beans, slaw, dessert, and a drink. Of the 118 meals served, it was about 50-50 between dine-in and carry out. .

Don’t miss the opportunity this Saturday, November 1st, to join the Friends of the Library, who are partnering with the Boonville Rotary Club, to offer a free-will donation Book Sale, along with selling brats and hot dogs at the parking lot of Boonslick Regional Library-Cooper County Branch in Boonville at 618 Main Street. Books will be available for a free-will donation from 10 am to 3 pm and delicious brats and hot dogs will be ready at 11 am until 2 pm.

The public is invited to a celebration of “the Edenton Tea Party”, to be hosted by the Boonville branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) on Saturday, November 1st, 2025 from 3-5 p.m. at the basement of the Nelson Memorial United Methodist Church in Boonville.

Students across Missouri are discovering how their lives are intertwined with agriculture through Missouri Farmers Care’s Agriculture Education on the Move™ (Ag Moves). Boonville FFA member educators are leading David Barton and Saints Peter & Paul elementary students through the Ag Moves curriculum as they make connections to their food, fuel, fiber, and farmers today.

Boonslick Regional Library’s Outreach Services, BRLMobile2GO, provides outreach to Pettis, Benton and Cooper counties to residents who are not able to visit a library location, including senior centers, day cares, schools, community centers and remote areas. BRL2GO provides free Wi-Fi access to rural communities, brings books to community centers, schools and rural areas, delivers books on a schedule each month, brings specifically requested titles or a new collection at each visit, and provides all Outreach Services free of charge.
