Pilot Grove Purple and Pilot Grove Gold recorded wins in the Boonslick High School Softball League Wednesday night at Rolling Hills Park. While Pilot Grove Purple defeated Workshop Wonders 12-5 in the first game, Pilot Grove Gold came back to win 18-3 over Creekside Photography in the nightcap.

Boonville Caterpillar rallied from a three run deficit after 3 ½ by scoring four runs in the bottom half of the fourth to beat Pilot Grove COOP 11-10 Wednesday night in Midget League action at the Midget League Field at Kemper Park.
WK Auto scored four runs in the first two innings and then sent five runs across in each of the third and fourth innings of play to beat Fayette 18-9 in Midget League action Thursday night at the Midget League Field at Kemper Park.
In Instructional League play in New Franklin on June 6, Chipley and Company defeated GKC CPAs 9-6 while Jennings Premium Meats beat Shelter Insurance 10-9. Chipley and Company led GKC CPAs 3-2 after one but had the game tied in the top half of the second and then trailed 4-3 after 2 ½.
Fayette’s 12U softball broke a 3-3 tie after three by scoring five runs in the top half of the fourth to beat Rick Ball 8-3 Thursday night at Rolling Hills Park. After Fayette scored two runs in the first and one again in the second to grab a 3-0 lead, Rick Ball came back and plated one run in the bottom half of the second and two again in the third to tie the game at 3-all.
In Boonslick League 8U softball Thursday night at Lions Park, American Family defeated Creations by Diana 10-9 while WK Ford edged Citizen’s Community Bank 5-4. In the first game, Creations by Diana jumped out to a 6-0 lead after two and 7-3 advantage after 3 ½ before giving up four runs in the bottom half of the fourth in a tied game at 7-all.

In player pitch softball on Wednesday, June 9 in New Franklin, GKC CPAs defeated Exchange Bank 10-1. GKC CPAs never trailed in the game against Exchange Bank and led 5-1 after ne, 9-1 after two and 10-1 after three.
In a close game Wednesday night in 10U softball at Lions Park, Show-Me Inspections defeated Citizen’s Community Bank 14-13. In a back and forth game between the two teams, Show-Me Inspections led CCB 6-2 after one and 12-8 after two.
