The Brady Showgrounds were covered with antique tractors, threshers, steam engines, small engines, and old cars as the Missouri River Valley Steam Engine Association held their 61st Back to the Farm Reunion.
The Boonville Community Foundation seeks to improve the quality of life within our community by inspiring charitable giving, fostering partnerships, and connecting donors to the causes they care about most.Starting September 11, nonprofit organizations may apply for grant support from the Legacy Fund of the Boonville Community Foundation if they meet either of the following criteria: a) exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and currently serve, or propose to serve, persons in Boonville or communities adjacent to Boonville, or b) units of local government, public education institutions, or civic organizations for charitable purposes located in Boonville.

Close to two dozen antique tractors cruised through Cooper County on Friday September 6 for the Missouri River Valley Steam Engine Associations Back to the Farm Reunion tractor cruise.

This year marks the 40th anniversary that Les Vilda walked the Santa Fe Trail.

Saturday September 14 – Dog leadership and training fundraiser for Boonville Animal Shelter, 4 p.m., Boonville Eagles Lodge.
While the Constitution did not mandate a President’s Cabinet, the Cabinet was created to provide the President with official advisors as per Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution: “...he (the President) may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices,...” There are currently more than a dozen Cabinet members, but in 1789, there were only four.
The newly appointed ad hoc airport board members will be Bob Irish, Susan Meadows, Kyle Thacher, and Logan Pfieffer.
