WARRENSBURG, MO – The following area students have earned a spot on the University of Central Missouri (UCM) Dean’s List for the fall 2024 semester.
Eleven members of Bunceton’s archery team qualified to compete in the NASP State Archery Tournament at the Branson Convention Center in Branson on March 19th. Several members of the team shot new career personal best scores. Achieving this feat were eighth grader Levi Ray with 270, 5th grader Alan Arnold with 249, 4th grader Lane Diehl with 236, 7th grader Evelyn Bishop with 235, 8th grader Zeke Lyons with 234, and Zion Lutheran School’s 5th grader Aurora Whitson with 211. Also competing were 4th grader Weston Ramsey with 248, freshman Riley Arnold with 247, 6th grader Maveryk Myers with 240, 8th grader Conner Goldsmith with 223, and 4th grader Evelyn Arnold with 205.
Tuesday April 8th’s Municipal Election sees races for both Boonville City Council and Boonville R-1 School District’s Board of Education on the ballot, as well as the City’s CIP tax renewal.
For many, spring means cleaning and the City of Boonville agrees.
