BRLMOBILE2GO summer outreach schedule

Boonslick Regional Library’s Outreach Services, BRLMobile2GO, provides outreach to Pettis, Benton and Cooper counties to residents who are not able to visit a library location, including senior centers, day cares, schools, community centers and remote areas. BRL2GO provides free Wi-Fi access to rural communities, brings books to community centers, schools and rural areas, delivers books on a schedule each month, brings specifically requested titles or a new collection at each visit, and provides all Outreach Services free of charge. We look forward to serving you!

Bunceton students learn STEM

Students at Bunceton School participated in STEM activities on May 19. STEM stands for Science, technology, engineering and math. They knocked over styrofoam cups using blasts of air; observed predictable patterns made by a pendulum, watched the high school math teacher “explode” bubbles, and more engaging activities prepared by members of the STEM Committee: Kim Thompson, Cory Matthias and Katrina Matthias.

Supreme Court of Missouri recognizes 18th Judicial Circuit for timely processing cases, including those impacting children

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – The Supreme Court of Missouri has recognized the 18th Judicial Circuit – encompassing Cooper and Pettis counties – for significant success in managing and processing its various cases during fiscal 2024. The circuit received two awards – the O’Toole Award and the Permanency Award – during a semiannual meeting of the state’s presiding judges, held in late May in Lake Ozark.
