COOPER COUNTY–Timothy J. Sidders, 27, of Columbus, Ohio and April K. Dickerson, 41, of Cincinnati Ohio were both arrested on two Cooper County warrants charging them with distribute/deliver/manufacture/produce or attempt to or possess with intent to distribute/deliver/manufacture/produce a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property. Each received a bond of $85,000 cash or surety.
According to the Cooper County Sheriff’s Department these arrests came as the result of the suspects being in possession of a stolen car out of Ohio.
“Our contact with them was the result of them stopping at a deputy's residence inquiring if they could leave their vehicle in his drive.  They stated they had run out of gas.  The vehicle was found to be stolen and further investigation by the sheriff's office turned up components of a methamphetamine lab,” according to a release from the sheriff’s department.
The suspects could not post bond and remain at the Cooper County Detention Center.
