GKC-CPA’s scored six runs in the first-two innings and never looked back, beating Chipley & Company 11-4 in New Franklin Instructional League on Saturday.
Natalie Frey led the hitting attack in the game for GKC-CPAs with three singles and one double.
Natalie Curry-Boggs finished the game with four singles while Rylan Hundley, Hunter Felten and Callie Chitwood added three singles each, Maddox Thornton, Thomas Wood and Carter Felten each with two singles and Kendall Wells with one single.
For Chipley & Company, Gavin Jones and Landon Shaw each had two singles while Kaden Skaggs, Chloe Chitwood, Gracelynn Evans, Justin Hundley, Annabelle Lair, Kaley Skaggs, Trenton Jones and Kain Studley added one single apiece.
In the second game, Shelter Insurance edged Exchange Bank 10-9.
Branson Phillips led the hitting attack in the game for EB with three singles and one double.
Caden Schlotzhauer added four singles while Octavious Craig-Payle had three singles, Kaylynn Stephens, Baylie Bonecutter and Chris McDaniel each with two singles and Hunter Lueke, Lilly Washburn and Braylynn Craig-Payne with one single each.
For Shelter Insurance, Lily Chitwood and Josh Marshall each had four singles while Lane Hackman added two singles and one double, Canna Jennings and  Aiden Harmon with two singles each and Brooklyn Brown, Trevor Sykes, Iris Simpson, Jackson and Siebrandt and Landon Brashears with one single apiece.
In the third game, Chipley & Company defeated Jennings Premium Meats 17-14.
Gavin Jones had the team-high in hits for Chipley & Company with one single and two home runs.
Landon Shaw added two home runs while Kaden Skaggs had one single and one triple, Hazel Schnell with one single and one double, Chloe Chitwood, Annabelle Lair, Justin Hundley and Kain Studley each with two singles and Gracelynn Evans, Kaley Skaggs, Trenton Jones and Lainey Humphrey with one single each.
For Jennings Premium Meats, Carson Schupp had a single, double and a triple.
Blaine Begamann had two singles and one home run while Nolan McGowan added two singles and one triple, Emersyn Eads, Collin Schnell, Katelynn Neal and R’Monie Clark each with three singles, Lilly Kaullen and Kinsley Washburn with two singles each and Daniel Hackman with one single.
Shelter Insurance rallied from a 6-5 deficit after one by outscoring GKC-CPA’s 12-0 for the rest of the game for a 17-6 victory.
