Investigation results in drug arrests

Cooper County —The Cooper County Sheriff's Office executed two search warrants simultaneously in the Billingsville area on Friday, October 4 around 3 p.m. Deputies from the Cooper County Sheriff's Office, with assistance from several Morgan County Deputies, made entry into two separate structures resulting in four arrests.
The search warrants were the result of an       ongoing investigation.  Names have not been issued yet.
“Our deputies did an excellent job of pulling together and developing information, for these targets, from a number of different sources,” Cooper County Sheriff Jerry Wolfe said.
This investigation is targeting methamphetamine and synthetic and imitation drugs. The investigation is continuing as new information is developing.
