Bryce Fuemmeler had 22 points, seven rebounds, six steals and four assists to lead the Ss. Peter & Paul boys seventh grade basketball team past Fayette Friday night in Fayette by a score of 46-17.

The Warriors, 8-3 on the season, outscored Fayette in each of the four quarters of play and led 8-2 after one, 24-9 at the half and 38-12 after three quarters of play. Meanwhile, in the final period, Ss. Peter & Paul held a 8-5 advantage.

Jordan Weaver finished the game with eight points, five rebounds, one assist and one steal while Jady Reese added six points, 13 rebounds, three assists and two rebounds, Nick Simmons with six points and six rebounds, Jake Esser with two points, seven rebounds, six steals and four assists, Ely Esser with two points, three assists, one rebound and one steal and Trent Monk with one rebound, one assist and one steal.

As for the Ss. Peter & Paul boys eighth grade basketball team, they weren’t so lucky while losing to Fayette by a score of 38-33.

The Warriors, dropping to 3-7 on the season, trailed Fayette 12-4 after first period’s end, 20-16 at the half and 26-24 after three quarters of play. Meanwhile, in the final period, Fayette outscored the Warriors 12-9 to win the game by five.

For Ss. Peter & Paul, Austin Day finished the game with 13 points, seven rebounds, four steals and two assists. Braden Adams had six points, one rebound and one steal, while Brett Windsor added five points, one rebound and one steal, Noah Bechtel with four points and five rebounds, Noah Lammers with two points and seven rebounds, Ryan Young with two points, four rebounds and one assist and Clayton Lang with one point, eight steals, five assists, four rebounds and two blocked shots.
