The Boonville Pee-Wee, fifth and sixth grade football teams all had something in coming last weekend in league play.


While all three recorded victories, the Boonville Pee-Wees (first-second graders) defeated Knob Noster in the Sedalia League by a score of 40-2 while the Boonville fifth graders beat the Broncos in the Columbia League 46-0. The Boonville sixth graders also won their game against the Rams in the Columbia League by a score of 14-8.

In other games over the weekend, the Boonville third graders fell to the Bears 6-0 while the Boonville fourth graders dropped a heartbreaker also against the Bears by a score of 24-22. The Boonville seventh graders also lost to the Cowboys 34-7.

The Boonville Pee-Wee team will play Saturday at home starting at 10 a.m., while the remaining Boonville teams play host in league play on Sunday at the BHS Sports Complex starting at 1.
