Boonville freshman Carlie Kusgen placed second at the Class 1 District 2 Tournament over the weekend at North Point High School in Wentzville. Kusgen finished with a record of 4-1 in the 140 pound weight class. Kusgen will compete at the Missouri State High School Wrestling Championships on February 22-23 at Mizzou Arena in Columbia.
