Rock Bridge softball coach Lisa Alvis was recently honored as the NFHS MSHSAA Softball Coach of the Year for the 2024-25 season. Alvis, a graduate of Boonville High School, led the Lady Bruins to a second place finish at the state tournament last year, losing to Wildwood 3-0 in eight innings for the Class 5 title. Rock Bridge closed out the season at 32-7 overall. This fall, Rock Bridge is currently 15-5 on the season. (Submitted photo)
