The Boonslick Heartland YMCA announced this morning that registration for youth volleyball ages U6-U14 will be held through Tuesday, Sept. 7th.
Game will be on Wednesday evenings starting on Wednesday, Sept. 15th. For all participants signed up for volleyball, there will be an optional free camp on Wednesday, Sept. 8th hosted by Boonville Lady Pirates volleyball coach Susie Stone. The camp for the younger group will be held between 5:30-6:30 p.m., while the camp for the older group is 6:30-7:30 p.m.
The camp will be located in the gymnasium. Please enter and exit through the lobby of the YMCA located near the pool.
There will be a mandatory coaches meeting that will be announced on Friday, Sept. 3rd.
The cost to play in the volleyball league is $25 for members and $40 for non-members. Both multi-child discount and scholarships apply.

Fall youth soccer signups for U3-U4 will held through Monday, Sept. 13th.
The youth soccer program for U3-U4 is geared to help each player gain confidence on the soccer field while playing in a non-competitive manner while teaching the basic skills and techniques of the game. The YMCA encourages parent-child participation during all soccer sessions, fun, and fair play as well as team building skills.
Soccer cleats, shin guards, as well as the appropriate size ball (size 3) and a water bottle with their name on it is required. Also required during registration is form, form of payment and a birth certificate to provide proof of age (if it is not already on file).
The cost is $25 for members and $40 for non-members. All games will be played at the Kemper fields on Tuesday evenings starting at 5:30 p.m. starting on September 21st.
The Boonslick Heartland YMCA will follow the city parks and recreation guidelines regarding field conditions and safety of each player. The YMCA may only re-schedule two weather related game cancellations.
