Hunter Edwards and Mason Hage combine for a no-hit shutout through five innings as A. Baker Floral Company defeated C&R Market by a score of 1-0 last night in Midget League action at Kemper Park.

While playing to a 0-0 tie for 3 1/2 innings, A. Baker Floral scored the game’s only run in the bottom-half of the fourth on one walk and a RBI-double by Mason Hage for the victory.

As for the pitching by A. Baker Floral Company, Hunter Edwards pitched the first-three innings and struck out nine batters while giving up no runs, no hits and no walks. Mason Hage then came in and pitched two innings in relief and struck out six batters while hitting one batter for the victory.
