Central Bank Boone County remained unbeaten in Cal Ripken Major Monday night by turning back CARSTAR 5-3.
In the nightcap, Einspahr Construction improved to 1-1 by beating Tint shop 8-3.
Central Bank scored three in the first and one in each of the fourth and fifth innings of play while CARSTAR plated one in the third and two in the sixth.
Tyson White picked up the win on the mound for Central Bank while Caidyn Hazel took the loss for CARSTAR.
Blake Griffin went 1-for-3 in the game for Central Bank with a home run and one RBI. Tanner Bishop, Jaeshua Barber and Chase Amos each had one single while Levi Jeffries added one RBI.
For CARSTAR, who dropped to 0-2 on the season, Tate Rentel went 2-for-3 with two singles. D’Avion Jones doubled and drove in two runs while Alexander Morris had one single and one RBI.
In the nightcap, Einspahr Construction scored at least one run in every inning and led Tint Shop  2-1 after one, 3-1 after two, 5-2 after three and 7-2 after four. Meanwhile, in the fifth, Tint Shop put up one run only to have Einspahr Construction tack on another run in the bottom half of the inning.
Garrett Hundley was the winning pitcher in the game for Einspahr Construction while Will Stock took the loss for Tint Shop, 1-1 on the season.
Henry Rohrbach led the hitting attack in the game for Einspahr Construction with two singles and two RBIs. Hundley doubled and drove in one run while Alec Schupp also doubled and Peyton Monteer and Justin Lawrence each had one single and one RBI.
For Tint Shop, Dakota Troost and Gage Hodges each had one single.
