Custom Weatherproofing picked up a pair of wins Wednesday night in Babe Ruth 16U softball at Rolling Hills park by beating Central Bank by the scores of 12-1 and 18-3.
Custom Weatherproofing, improving to 8-5 on the season, scored all 12 runs in the final-two innings to beat Central Bank by the mercy rule.
Rachel Massa picked up the win in the circle for CWP while Alexia Sprick took the loss for Central Bank. Massa pitched all four innings and gave up just one run on three hits while striking out three batters. Sprick, meanwhile, pitched 2 2/3 innings and allowed four runs on two hits and five walks while striking out one. Logan Root and Taylor Simmons also pitched 2/3 inning in relief.
CWP also out-hit Central Bank 8-3, with Kyla Johnson going 2-for-2 with a double, home run and three RBIs. Zoe Coffelt also had two hits with a single, home run and three runs batted in while Madison Henderson added two singles and one RBI and Hannah Coffelt and Becca Howery each with one single.  
For Central Bank, Taylor Simmons, Sabriya Baskett and Alexia Sprick each had one single.
In the second game, CWP broke out the bats early with 15 runs in the first-two innings to lead Central Bank 15-0. Meanwhile, after Central Bank sent across three runs in the top-half of the third, CWP came back and plated three more in its half of the inning to win by the mercy rule.
Rachel Massa picked up the win for CWP while Alexia Sprick took the loss for Central Bank, who dropped to 2-10. Massa pitched the first-two innings and struck out two batters while giving up just one hit and two walks. Alexis Albin then came in and pitched one inning in relief and allowed three runs on two hits and four walks while striking out one.
For Central Bank, Sprick pitched part of the first and issued seven runs on four hits while striking out one batter. Jenna McKee then came in and pitched 2 1/3 innings and yielded 11 runs on 12 hits and one walk while striking out one.
CWP also finished the game with 12 hits, with Sydney Joy going 3-for-3 with four RBIs. Zoe Coffelt was 2-for-3 with one single, one double and three RBIs while Alexis Albin added one single and two RBIs, Abby Maupin, Hannay Coffelt and Alexis Trigg each with one single and one RBI and Rachel Massa, Madison Henderson and Becca Howery each with one single.
For Central Bank, Reese Lavers had one single and two RBIs while Logan Root and Anna Thompson added one single each.

Central Bank scored all the runs it would need in the first-three innings to beat Boonville Caterpillar 9-4 in Babe Ruth 16U softball Tuesday night at Rolling Hills park.
Central Bank, improving to 2-8 on the season, opened the first inning with a 3-1 lead against Caterpillar and then added one in the second, three again in the third and two in the fourth. As for Caterpillar, they plated one run in each of the first-two innings and then sent two runs across in the third.
Logan Root picked up the win in the circle for Central Bank while Brooke Eichelberger took the loss for Caterpillar, who dropped to 7-6 on the season. Root pitched all five innings and struck out five batters while giving up four runs on five hits and one walk. Eichelberger, meanwhile, pitched five innings and allowed nine runs on three hits and nine walks while striking out seven batters.
Jacey Fenton and Anna Thompson each had one single and one RBI for Central Bank while Logan Root added one single and Kylee Johnston and Alexis Sprick each with one RBI.
For Caterpillar, Andrea Jackson tripled and drove in one run while Hanna Norman added one single and one RBI, Kyra Perkins with one single and two RBIs and Reese Lavers and Brooke Eichelberger each with one single.

In the nightcap, Monteer Plants & Baskets improved to 11-2 on the season by leading Cooper County Land Title from start to finish for a 7-5 victory.
Monteer Plants & Baskets opened the game with one run in the first and five again in the second to lead CCLT 6-0. Then, after CCLT plated one run in the bottom-half of the second, MP&B came back and added another run in the fourth to make it 7-1. However the game got really interesting in the next-two innings as CCLT tacked on another run in its half of the fourth and then sent three runs across in the fifth to cut the lead to two.
Hailey Polk was the winning pitcher in the game for Monteer Plants & Baskets while Brooke Stone took the loss for CCLT. Polk pitched the first-five innings and struck out nine batters while giving up five runs on three hits and two walks.
For CCLT, Stone pitched 3 2/3 innings and surrendered seven runs on seven hits and five walks while striking out two batters. Peyton Kempf then came in and pitched 1 1/3 innings in relief and gave up no runs, no hits and no walks.
Monteer Plants & Baskets also out-hit CCLT 7-3, with Hailey Polk going 3-for-3 with two singles, one home run and two RBIs. Skyler Shuffield finished the game with one single and two RBIs while Carson Dee added one single and one RBI, Abbie Grizzle and Morgan Massa each with one single and Anna Thompson and Clara Roth each with one RBI.
For CCLT, who dropped to 6-6, Gwen Yarnell had one single and one RBI while Cara Bishop and Daylynn Baker added one single and Peyton Kempf with one RBI.
