Ella Oser tripled while Addy Salmon doubled and Natalie Curry singled as Exchange Bank defeated GKC-CPA’s 13-10 in Little League softball last Saturday in New Franklin.
Exchange Bank also led GKC-CPA’s from the first inning on while taking a 7-4 advantage after one and a 9-7 lead after two. Exchange Bank also outscored GKC-CPA’s 4-3 in the third.
Carly Dorson picked up the win in the circle for Exchange Bank while striking out seven batters in three innings. Justice Singleton took the loss for GKC-CPA’s by giving up 13 runs on three hits and 14 walks in three innings. Singleton also struck out six batters.
Natalie Wiseman, Jayna Matthews and Grace Martin each had one single in the game for GKC-CPA’s.

GKC-CPA’s rallied from a 3-0 deficit after 1 1/2 by outscoring Shelter Insurance 10-1 for the rest of the game for a 10-4 victory last Saturday in Little League softball in New Franklin.
Natalie Wiseman, Hazel Schnell and Makenzie Martin each had two singles and one double in the game for GKC-CPA’s. Natalie Caszatt finished the game with three singles while Justice Singleton added one single and one double, Lilly Washburn, Jayna Matthews and Skylar Greenwood with two singles each and Chloe Chitwood and Kendall Wells with one single apiece.
For Shelter Insurance, Faith Painter had one single, one triple and one home run while Heaven Hundley and Sophia Held added one single and one double and Gracie Evans, Lydia Burnett, Lilly Kaullen and Baylie Bonecutter each with one single.
