Reese Lavers went 2-for-3 with a single, double and one RBI, and Taylor Frederick added one triple to lead Boonville Caterpillar past Custom Weatherproofing 13-9 in Babe Ruth 16U softball Wednesday night at Rolling Hills park.
Brooke Eichelberger pitched all three innings to pick up the win for Caterpillar while Rachel Massa took the loss for Custom Weatherproofing, who dropped to 4-1.
Caterpillar also out-hit CWP 7-2, with Taryn Johnson going 1-for-2 with two RBIs. Andrea Jackson and Becky Evans each had one single and one RBI while Brooke Eichelberger added one single and Tobie Gallup with one RBI.
For CWP, Alexis Albin singled and drove in one run while Kyla Johnson added one single.
In the nightcap, Custom Weatherproofing defeated Central Bank 6-5.
Rachel Massa picked up the win in the circle for CWP while Logan Root took the loss for Central Bank, who dropped to 0-5.
CWP also out-hit Central Bank 9-8, with Zoe Coffelt going 3-for-3. Alex Albin had one single, one triple and one RBI while Alexis Trigg added one double, Hannah Coffelt one single and one RBI, Kyla Johnson and Becca Howery each with one single and Sydney Joy with one RBI.
For Central Bank, Logan Root went 3-for-3 with one double and one RBI. Zoey Laster had a single, triple and one RBI while Alexia Sprick added one single and one RBI and Isabelle Matney and Broklyn King with one single.
