Josephine worked for the University of Missouri-Columbia for 23 plus years.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and especially loved children. She enjoyed having get togethers and dinner parties with family and friends. Everyone she met she’d say, “God Bless you and I love you.” Never met a stranger! She was an avid card player, especially Uno, playing dice, as well as mastering her puzzle books.
Josephine enjoyed going to the local casinos and playing the slot machines with her family, especially sisters and kids.
The Catholic faith was very important to Josephine, she carried Jesus in her heart, and shared His love with others throughout her entire life.
She is survived by children, John Spangler, Dan Spangler, and the daughter she always wanted, Carrie Kresyman; grandchildren, Heather Spangler, Mikayla Bates, and Destinee Bates; and great-grandchild, Ariel Trendley.
She was preceded in death by her grandchildren, Anthony Charles Spangler and Abby Kresyman.
