Fayette senior Bruce Marshall recently gave a verbal commitment to Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri.

Bruce Marshall, a 6-10 forward from Fayette High School, has given a verbal commitment to Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri.

Marshall, a three-year starter for the Falcons, averaged 12 points and 9 rebounds as a junior with 99 blocked shots in a 19-7 season.

The national letter of intent signing period is November 9. Until then, all commitments are non-binding.
Marshall selected MSU over Air Force.

He is the son of Kent and BDN Publisher Deborah Marshall of Fayette.
