Want to be the No. 1 cub reporter for the Boonville Daily News for a night? If you're in fifth grade or under, you can!

Send the following information to news@BoonvilleDailyNews.com:

  • Name
  • Age
  • Telephone number
  • A sentence or two explaining why you'd make the best BDN cub reporter.

We'll announce the contest winner at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 9 at the BDN's Festival of Lights booth, located at the intersection of Main and Morgan streets in downtown.

The winner will then get to interview people who stop by the tent that night, and we'll post the video on our website the next day.
