A court on Monday entered a plea of not guilty to all charges on behalf of a former Boonville priest accused in multiple sexual assaults, according to a court document.

The suspect, Gerald J. Howard, appeared in the 18th Circuit Court for Cooper County without an attorney, the document states. A counsel status hearing has been scheduled for 9 a.m. Monday.

Howard, also known as Carmine Sita, faces charges of three counts of forcible sodomy, three counts of attempted forcible sodomy and two counts of kidnapping.
