A former Boonville priest suspected in multiple sexual assaults more than two decades ago has requested a change of judge and venue, court documents state.
The motions for change of venue and change of judge were filed Thursday with the 18th Circuit Court for Cooper County.
The documents, signed “Jerry Howard,” were filed ahead of a counsel status hearing scheduled for Monday.
